Each soft gelatin capsule contains: Coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone) 150mg; Fish Oil - Natural 500mg Equiv. to Eicosapentaenoic acid 90mg & Equiv. to Docosahexaenoic acid 60mg; Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 50IU.
